Following the success of our Unusual Suspects series, we at 10 Greek Street are delighted to host an exclusive masterclass with Wiston Estate, one of England’s most exciting sparkling wine estates since its founding in 2006.
Hosted by Brand Director Kirsty Goring, the evening will explore the evolution and ageing potential of English sparkling wine through a focused vertical tasting of Wiston’s most revered cuvée, Blanc de Blancs. Guests will taste from Non-Vintage through to 2018, 2010, and 2009, offering a rare insight into how this remarkable wine develops with time—gaining depth, texture, and complexity.
Each wine will be paired with small plates from the 10 Greek Street kitchen, thoughtfully designed to complement each stage of its evolution.
